He operates a thriving therapy and coaching practice in Las Vegas, Nevada and appeared in shows on Discovery+ and TLC. Hailing from a small, Gulf-coast town near Tallahassee, Florida, Brad and his family operated a commercial crabbing business where he learned how to be obsessed with work. He is the founder of the Alpha Quorum, a worldwide men's organization aimed at helping men mature in healthy ways with no excuses.
